Traffic Signal Specialist

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with partners—including distributors, agencies, contractors, and end-users—to ensure seamless installation, system integration, and software competency. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on hardware and software, supporting project execution from technical training to troubleshooting, and playing a crucial role in delivering innovative traffic solutions that enhance safety and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• IMSA Level II certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Intersection cabinet architecture and traffic technician knowledge

• Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and system integration

• Excellent technical training abilities

• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure, in-field situations

• Proficiency in reviewing project documentation and coordinating equipment and tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and conducting training sessions

• Knowledge equipment integration and troubleshooting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed, 40%

• Valid driver’s license and passport and ability to work in outdoor, field environments
